  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance/final sale items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange support.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
